Art therapy–inspired workshops for wellbeing & connection

A gentle, creative pause for individuals and teams

Mindful group workshops that combine simple creative exercises with moments of reflection and presence.

No artistic skills needed — just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

About the workshops

These workshops are guided group sessions that combine mindfulness practices with accessible, hands-on art-making. Participants are invited to engage with simple materials and prompts that encourage reflection, presence, and self-expression in a calm, supportive environment. The emphasis is on exploration rather than results, and on meeting each person where they are.

How the sessions feel

The workshops are inspired by art therapy practices, but they are not psychotherapy. They are gentle, wellbeing-focused spaces where you’re invited to move slowly and listen to yourself.

We begin with simple grounding and breathing, then move into guided creative prompts with plenty of space for your own rhythm and exploration. Quiet time is built in, and sharing is always optional.

You don’t need any artistic experience. This isn’t about making “good art” — it’s about noticing what wants to be seen, with kindness and curiosity.
